We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure our property remains in excellent condition for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of rooms and hotel facilities

Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Wall paint and touch ups etc.

Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests

Conduct preventative maintenance tasks

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Ability to work independently

Good problem-solving skills

Flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays if required)
